Choose Life Washington formed in 2004 to raise public awareness and funds to
create a "Choose Life" specialty license plate program in Washington
state. Once approved, the revenues generated from these sales will
support local infant adoption efforts in a similar
fashion to the nationwide program which first began in Florida in 1997.

Choose Life was represented at the statewide pro-life conference put on by the Knights of Columbus in March 2006. Ben Hull, CLW President and his wife Kate, CLW Secretary, were able to make many contacts from around the state and dialogue with many of our natural supporters for this pro-adoption ministry.

You can help our efforts in several ways:
- Pray for the success of this project and for increased support of adoption efforts throughout Washington State!
- Speak up about the Choose Life Washington project with your association or church group, or work with us to have one of our speakers come make a presentation to your group. Email us at info@chooselifewa.org to discuss these options further.
- Gather signatures from Washington residents onto this official form.
- Send the original signature forms into Choose Life Washington at PO Box 44929, Tacoma, WA 98444. We need 3,500 signatures prior to making our application!
